Maxi Boiler 100HE

Ok got a maxi boiler 100HE plus, believe its combine system.
My problem is, the system seems to work OK if you leave the heating settings to "on" or the hot water setting to "on" but if I set it to Automatic settings, scheduled to turn the heating or hot water on at set times during the day, it never turns on.
No lights at all on the boiler.
I'm not sure if its a PCB problem.
Should the ignition light always be on?
I had british gas come out only year ago to replace the old PCB due to water damage of some sort.
Any ideas?

A BAXI 100HE is not a combi.
You wouldn't be able to turn the HW off if it were.

Suggest your programmer is faulty.

ok how much is it to buy a new programmer or were to get one from?
