Maximum run for 25A cable

I need a long cable run from consumer unit to pole switch in bathroom to feed electric shower.Part will be buried behind conduit in wall,part in the loft void.I do not want to get a quote from spark pal if it means wasting time needlessly.
I imagine the run will be about 8-10 metres in total.

cable is chosen acording to the load and distance*

since we know the distance is 10m what is the load?

*this must be the exact distance (or close to it)

will there be anything else it has to run through? fibre glass in loft etc
