MAY DAY MAY DAY- Halstead Ace High boilers lockout

hello Im a female and have a screwdriver = help...
My boiler has stopped and I see that the pressure has gone down, and I know it needs to be at least 1bar, I have a vague idea that i need to find a tap to turn to let it rise, but cant seem to see it. can anyone point me in the right direction. Also the lockout button is on red, when you turn the reset button are you supposed to hold it to the right ( as it flicks back) for a while ?

it might not be identical but normally they are installed somewhere near the boiler.
