Water is going into my machine but the arms are not spinning fast enough. I have taken it apart and nothing is clogging the holes. I peek in the machine with it running and water comes out of the arm but the arm just spits water about 6 inches high and slowly goes around. There is also soap coming from somewhere because it always has soapy water when its on. Where is this screen I am supposed to check for the water pressure? Please help asap.
