Mercifully, that looks like an old style Briggs Pulsa jet carb.

The big problem with these is the filters on the bottom of the dip pipe block up, and the pump diaphragm between the carb and petrol tank fails.

What I’ve shown you is the genuine Briggs part, the same form will probably offer a pattern one for less money.
I think the primer bulbs should be available, again from GHS.
