Mechanical Codelocks on UPVC doors

hey peeps,

can you fit these things or similar:

to UPVC external doors. I dont think I have seen them fitted to anything other than wooden doors.

Not if the door is secured with a multi-point mechanism that runs the length of the door. It is also the reason that you will not see a mortice lock (Chubb or similar) fitted to a upvc door fitted with a multi-point. The multi-point is in the way.
