Media player problems

Any idea why I keep getting this when I try and play vid clips that everyone else seems to be able to see

Windows Media Player cannot play the file because a network error occurred. The server might not be available. Verify that you are connected to the network and that your proxy settings are correct.

Check your firewall settings..media player may be getting blocked

Yep...cheers for that...it sorted now...hopefully it will stay ok when I re-load Z/A
