Megaflo system

I have a megaflo system with an ideal classic se21ff boiler, my problem is when the system has reached the desired temperature the room stat clicks off and the boiler clicks off which is fine but the pump upstairs under the megaflo cylinder stays on for hours,the only way of switching it off is by turning off the power to the programmer/boiler, all pipework next to the pump are all hot, there are 2 actuators that seem to be working fine.

Can someone point me in the right direction

most likely a sticky valve

Excuse my ignorance but what valve,, would that be the actuators?
