megan coupe idle control valve

hi looking for some help, i have been told i need an idle control valve for my car but can only find an idle stabilisation valve on the net, is this the same thing? also need a front abs sensor but not sure if its the o/s or n/s, how can i find out? any help would be gr8. thanks

ISV & ICV are the same thing.
As for the sensor, you need to speak to whoever told you that you need a new one!
