No only 5A. At least I think it's Memera 3.
The fuse shield has the code number "CV1308 3"
The fuse carrier has the code number "HN518" above the top pin, and
"3" below the bottom pin.
Suppliers I doubt very much. Have you tried MEM? 0161 652 1111
