Mercedes ML 320 V6- loss of power

On driving, there has been a number of times where the vehicle looses power and apperas to miss fire. This generally happens when the vehicle has been parked for a short while. On the occassions when this has happened, once the vehicle comes to a stop and the igntion turned off and restarted it appears to clear and drive normally again. Do you think it could be an H.T lead where the problem lies? Is the fault easily traced?

not an easy one to trace especially on a vehicle like this,worth popping the spark plugs out though and having a look,best bet is to get the fault codes read and see if anything is logged,does it have ht leads or coil packs?

Pretty sure it has HT leads. Have only recently had the spark plus changed therefore would like to think that they are all OK.
