micra will not start

hi guys i have a micra 04 plate i have had a new ignition switch fitted and the engine was turning over great on the key today it just will not start any thought s cheers

It sounds like the immobiliser is doing its job here - you'll need to visit a main dealer or auto locksmith to get the key coded to the new switch, I fear.
Some vehicles can be recoded by using an ignition off/on sequence but I can't comment on the Nissan.
