microwave fault

Hi

I have a sanyo ems 1065 microwave oven that has broke,its our third since last july.the turntable turns but the food doesnt heat up,its the same fault each time.what could be the cause ? faulty magnatron ? and what would cause the same failure each time.could it be something the kids are doing ?
