Microwave Oven

My Husband burned some bread in the microwave oven yesterday and the smell is still lingering throught out the house and microwave. I have washed the inside and outside of the microwave oven several times - how can I get rid of this awful smell.

Help anyone! :

A couple of spoonfuls of lemon juice in a bowl of water (large bowl, not much water) put it in the microwave and zap on high for a few minutes
