Miele not completing cycle

Hi

my miele washing machine has started taking up to 5 hours to complete a wash! wondered if this is likely to be mechanical or electronic. Also any ideas who would fix a miele (other than their own expensive engineers?)

Check the water supply.

If the filters at the hose inlets are clogged up then the slow filling will add time to the cycle.
