should the yanks put terror suspects in civil or military courts , should we do the same if a person says he is in a conflict and not a terrorist but just put a bomb on a bus, also if you are on the battlefields of the world with a gun in your hand are you a non-conbatton a soldier or a terrorist, should you be sent to CUBA, and if you are not in USA or UK uniform but are in local style clothes

I don't see what the difference is what clothes they wear. I'm sure the CIA and other intelligence types all go around in 'civvies' The SAS in Northern Ireland used to go around in normal gear when on ops.
If they (taliban, al qaeda etc) went around dressed the same, all in a distinct uniform, they would be easier to spot and therefore more likely to be killed/captured, which would hamper their chances of victory against the enemy (that's mainly us and the Americans btw)

They aren't that bloody stupid!
