You can probably polish them out with T-cut or similar if they are very shallow and just in the lacquer.
If they are deep enough for you to feel with your fingernail, then I would use "Chips Away" or a similar service that touches in stone chips and small scratches. I use them about once a year, the touched-in spots are actually invisible, and far better than you can do yourself. They use a tiny airbrush and flatten the surface before it is hard. You can get the whole car done for something in the region of £70 (I bet you have got supermarket trolley dings, and stone marks round the front as well). they come to your house and usually take less than an hour. Have it very clean and dry before they come.
