Mira 723 Mixer Shower

Help - the temperature control on my Mira 723 no longer works - ie it is not mixing hot and cold water. I had the unit serviced within the last 2 years by a Mira technician therefore I am not sure if I require to fit a service pack.
There are no leaks.....just a non functioning temperature control.
Any ideas what I should do please ?

sounds like the cartridge has gone.

Thank you Seco Services - does that mean I have to replace the cartridge assembly - part number 902 65 ?
