Mira 8 knob plate

Anyone know where I can get a replacement trim plate for a built-in Mira 8 (the shiny silver bit in this picture http://www.showerright.co.uk/Mira Showers/mira_8_shower_spares_from_shower.htm )? I can't get the old one off without destroying it, and need to replace a gasket in one of the supply pipes!
