mira advance atl thermostatic electric shower

I bought and got it installed Mira advance atl thermostatic Electric shower in 2017.
Suddenly on front panel its giving low indicator sign and water supply sign. Don't see any information about this indicator on the manual.
Just thinking is it low pressure of water to the shower or something is blocking the water supply inside the shower.

Have you checked your cold supply? Is there a noticeable drop, eg a burst main? Have you carried out any work where the stopcock isn’t open fully?

There is no worked carried out and neither any drop in pressure.
Cold Water tap(inside bathroom) next to electric shower has good pressure. I have gravity tank water supply.
Do you think there is blockage inside the unit?

It’s possible, but id be checking the head/hose 1st. So remove hose from base of unit and try this, if it’s comes on without these attached then there’s an issue elsewhere. If it runs fine, then head/hose is restricted.
