Hi, I wonder if any of the plumbers out there can help me, I have a customer who has a Mira Excel shower with a fixed head that is leaking.
When the shower is turned on the head seems to have to little sprays towards the ceiling.
They say they had somebody out a few years ago when they had the same problem, that time the plumber changed some seal/o ring on the shower valve and didn't even touch the head.....this apparently solved the problem.
Looking at it I'd say there is a prob with the showerhead and not with the valve.
Just wondering if anybody out there has had a similar problem with a fixed head mira shower.
