Mira Minilite EV Mixer Shower

Can anyone help - I fitted a Mira Minilite EV Mixer Shower and the flow rate is worse than the electric shower we had before.

I have checked and can't see a flow regulator.
The flow dosen't increase with the temp down - its always crap!

Is there anything I can do - other than fitting a pump - too expensive!

Any help would be great!!

It is fed from a Hot water cylinder and the flow to the bath taps which i T'd off is still great!

Just measured the outlet flow 6/l a min this should be 12/l a min
