Just installed a Mira Pronta shower with diverter on a combi boiler. Every time I adjust the water flow while having a shower, the water goes incredibly hot for a second before it settles back to the correct temperature. Have to move out of the way of the spray when doing this. Is this an incorrect installation or a faulty shower?

It is a thermostatic mixer therefore it will change temperature whilst self adjusting but certainly wouldn't expect it to go scalding hot, not from a Mira. That being said it isn't TMV2/3 approved but still don't think it should run much hotter before settling. A call to Mira may be required.
