I have a new sport max shower, first day worked fine all lights green, but the red lights on standby never go out?

Also this morning the green light doesnt come on when high is selected but medim and low do.

medium and low are cold all the time no matter hih hign you turn it up

high is ok but could be hotter?

any ideas as bit annoyed as its only 1 day old..
