Mis aligned/dropped French Door

Hello everyone,
Hoping the community could guide me if the issue below is something I can fix myself or I'll need to hire professional.

The French door supplied by Britelite Windows has sinked. My tenants have to lift the door up to close the door. She mentioned it got worse when the wind blew the door back although it has a stopper to avoid the over extension.

Please see the video. Is this something I can fix myself? I'm a competent DIY er. or the hinges are bent/door needs to be taken off?

Hinges are bent or certainly the hinges pins are, here's the exact matching hinges, these are made specifically for the pvc door profile you have which is duraflex
