Missing catch on UPVC door

Hello DIY experts!

The upper catch on my front door appears to have fallen off sometime recently. I've attached two photographs, one of the bottom catch which is still in place and one showing the area of the missing catch at the top of the door. The door is multi-point, so there are also hooks as well.

I am useless at DIY so I apologise if the following questions sound stupid:

1. Are these only available from double glazing companies or can I get one online or from somewhere like B&Q.

2. Does this catch have a specific name? What should I ask for?

3. Would I have to re-drill the door frame or should I be able to fit using the same holes as the original one?

This one is pretty close to the one you have, but not quite...

But, look at the second picture, they have a part number stamped into the back of them. Take your existing one off and have a look for a code. Also, look for a brand name/logo on the door faceplate.
