Hello I have a sheppach mitre saw which I know is only a budget tool. But would still hope it did better than this.

It seems to be cutting on a curve. See attached pics - w desperate cuts convex or concave depending on which way you look at it.

I know how it has various adjustments. But can’t understand what adjustment is needed in this situation. Please could someone help. Thanks.

To me that suggests that the wood is not flat. I have Scheppach mitre saw and whilst it certainly leaves some things to be desired I've never managed to achieve a cut like that. It also cuts a lot cleaner than that.
 
Thanks. It’s doing this on all cuts and material types. Inc factory planes mdf Pics are just from a random peice.
 
Have you checked (with your square) that the blade is perpendicular to the table? I suppose that would also cause such an effect, I'm guess it's not a sliding saw?

If cutting a bevel, the blade will have a tendency to distort and wander if it isn't sharp - as you push the blunt blade it will try and twist riding out the bevel. Try a new blade.
