I need to replace some old broken cracked pavings here and there.
Have decided to fill in with concrete, my back isn't what it used to be and would like advice on buying/hiring small mixer (electric ?) for the on-going job.

Hire a 'Belle' 110v mixer, stand and transformer. I suppose you could use a 240v as it is private and save on the tranny.

I bought a cheap clarke mixer to do a few small jobs, now it is used for mixing compost. I never rent anything as tools always come in handy.

I'd second the Belle Minimix vote. I've had mine for a few years and it's been worth every penny.

Buy a used one on E-bay, use it for 3 weeks, sell it on E-bay for £10 .00 profit.........

Sounds a brilliant idea, if I used it for just 2 weeks might make more than £10 !!
cheers
