Mixer shower dripping

hi folks, my shower has started to drip after it has been turned off. Approx every 3 seconds....drip.....drip......drip!!!

Am I correct in thinking that I need to replace the cartridge (item no.2 on this link)

Chances are it will be the flow cartridge...yup. Check the filters while it's off.
