Hi Guys
We've recently fitted a new thermostatic mixer shower to existing pipework.
Ever since we have been having problems with the shower going completely cold for 5 seconds or so then back to hot.
This never happened with the old shower but i dont think its a fault with the new shower, as we have exposed pipes and a feel of the hot pipe when this happens shows there is no hot water in the pipe at all.
This doesnt seem to be happening with the taps but we dont run them as long as the shower.
Our boiler is 9months old (Valliant ecotech) so under warranty but dont want to call them if its something obvious we can sort ourselves.
Any ideas?
