I have a bathroom mixer tap that is part of an inset sink built into the bathroom worktop. When you turn the taps the whole tap body twists round. The only access to the internal workings appear to be through a worktop access point to a toilet cistern that is adjacent to it (but even then it's difficult reaching round to the sink). What's the easiest way of tightening the tap body so it doesn't spin?
Is there some sort of nut that can be tightened or is the tap body supposed to be sealed to the sink surface by means of some sort of sealant?
Any help gratefully appreciated.
