The seal on the old (and infrequently used) mixer tap in my utility room is on the way out - when the taps are on and the spout of the mixer is moved water tends to leak from the rubber seal at the base of the spout. I'm assuming that the main spout of the mixer is 'push to fit' as I can see no way to remove it - no screw threads, grub screw, etc.

Any ideas please how I could replace the seal/washer or is the best option to replace the whole mixer tap?
