Mixer tap seal/washer at base of spout - how to replace?

The seal on the old (and infrequently used) mixer tap in my utility room is on the way out - when the taps are on and the spout of the mixer is moved water tends to leak from the rubber seal at the base of the spout. I'm assuming that the main spout of the mixer is 'push to fit' as I can see no way to remove it - no screw threads, grub screw, etc.

Any ideas please how I could replace the seal/washer or is the best option to replace the whole mixer tap?

There's usually a grub screw or allen grub screw at the back of the spout. Undo this and the spout should lift out, although they are often quite difficult owing to a build up of lime scale and the like.

Looks like a deck mixer tap. Unless you know the make and model it may well be easier to replace the tap than try and fix the spout.

Thanks, there's definitely no grub screw, might have to get a new tap.

I have seen a 180 turn and pull out one, didn't know they existed until it came off in frustration!

Unfortunately I can't rotate mine 180 degrees as it's too close to a wall. I've tried 90 degrees but no luck.
