Hi, a new mixer tap was installed on the bath two weeks ago but it has come off. When I manage to get it back on the tap won’t turn off the water (cold tap). I assume putting it back on wrong, What do I need to do to put screw tap head back on properly ? Thanks

The part ( not pictured) that needs to be refitted is made up of a few components . The actual valve needs to be separated from the cross head handle,and the chrome shroud.
You then screw the valve into the tap body ,and re assemble the other parts to it.
