Hello,
We have mock tudor all around the house, but the front of the house (where it's most exposed) is starting to crumble. Looks like it's painted sand and cement and metal beading in the corners which is completely rusted.
I'm struggling to find someone who can help unless it's a full blown replace everything job, and the neighbours have the same problem. I'd like to repair the bay window like-for-like because most of the house is fine, and then put a protective coating and paint everything so it's all the same colour. Is there a way to repair the crumbling black beam or does it have to be replaced? Most replacement boards are textured to look like wood but maybe this would work
The white part I believe does not need replacing but I like the look of these textured decorative coatings.
Any advice greatly appreciated!!!
Thanks!
