Modena 80e no central heating but hot water

Hi
Ive ran a search but can't find any posts to help. My ferrolli Modena 80e boiler allows me hot water but no central heating. When I do turn central heating on it makes a thudding sound, but now when I try there's no sound at all and still no heating. And advice would be appreciated thanks.

I expect that your pump has seized up.
