Just your normal Dim mail readers trigger story... if you read the story or fable as DM writes it, the provider is a not for profit group of GP's that work for the NHS. ie excatly the same as all the other GP's out there who are all independent contractors, we are all treated by "private" GP's as none work directly or are employed by the NHS.

I don't think anyone likes it but it's necessary to process them. I just hope it can be done quicker with reduced numbers arriving by boat. Let's see.

Well some thing needs to be done
Any one with a spare room or rooms in there house should be compelled by law to take in a migrant that cross the channel ??
In fact in order to stop the migrants risking there lives ( woman and children)
All those in favour of this migration can sign up to the good cause and sponsor a migrant
With money and spare room accommodation
This could be sorted in France so as to stop the risk of a boat crossing
But as per usual those in here banging on about the caper and taking moral high ground and those in the wider community would not be interested
