Mono mixer tap issues

Hi,
I have 2 issues:
1) my tap is leaking from the body - probably needs new washers ?
2) I don't know the make of tap.

So can anyone identify my tap and advise on renewing the washers please.

1. There are no washers. There is a cartridge type valve which will need replacing.
2. Send the photograph above, and one with the handle removed to showerdoc.com and see if they can:
2.1 Identify the tap.
2.2 Supply a replacement cartridge.
3. Alternatively, remove the cartridge and take it, and the handle, to a decent plumber's merchants (not one of the "sheds") and see if they can match it.
4. The water will have to be isolated if removing the cartridge.
