Monoblock tap head removal

Hi I have a constant trickle of water coming from single lever tap. I have taken out a small allen keyed nut but the head does not come off to allow me access. Can anyone advise what to do next please?

What make is it??

Once you have the lever removed you should be able to unscrew the cartridge.

Probably easier to replace the tap.
