Hey again, another bathroom floor question.
I have removed the old floorboards with the intention of laying 18mm plywood down. The current state of the joists is shown in the picture. I had planned to noggin around the edge and where the plywood join would be. Would this be sufficient. The look of the joists worries me. Should I replace them whilst I'm at it?
