Hi.
I'm probably overthinking things again...I'm constructing a path down the back of our house. The intention is to build it upon a sub base of MOT1. The 1m wide path will run away from the house into a drainage channel that will sit beside a retaining wall that I am building using sleepers. I've designed the path to have a 3" gap between the flags and the house wall, this will be filled the pebbles of some description. But, I'm just thinking how well this 3" gap will drain with MOT1 below it. How permeable is MOT? Should the MOT1 finish 3" from the house wall and the gap filled with something else (then with pebbles on top). If so, what material should be used?
Many thanks
