What is the best way of preventing Mould. I've have it in my bathroom and my bedrooms.

I have ventilation but I guess it may not be enough and have an extra to in the bathroom.

What the best thing to do?

If it's on emulsion,try mould-resistant emulsion. There are mould resistant grouts for tiles and silicone sealant with Microban in it. As you've guessed, adequate ventilation is important.
