There is a particular problem with stainless steel bathroom cabinets because the sheet metal is flexible. Here are a few tips :
1 Remove the doors by demounting the whole hinge from the cabinet - the hinge will not separate easily because of the closing dampers.
2 After temporarily mounting the carcase, take it down to remove the blue plastic covering the shiny steel. This takes quite a bit of force so best done on the floor.
3 Use large washers under the screw heads to reduce the flexing.
4 If the doors clash even with maximum hinge adjustment, insert 1mm packing under the back of the top hinges to counter the flexing. I used steel washers, as suggested by a product reviewer.
