Hi, I’m wanting to move my toilet over 2ft to the centre of the room currently the waste pipe go straight out the wall and runs left to the stack, would it be possible to have the waste pipe run along the inside wall 3ft and out the existing hole and then run back on itself?

Not ideal setup, would be better to chop another hole and take the shortest route. Problem with asking soil to do a 180° turn is it will slow the flow right down and waste could start to build up on the corner. If you really have no option, then fit an access bend, (preferably outside!), to unblock it if/when need arises.
