Hello,
Ive a bit of a conundrum regarding my existing gully trap that is located next to my current kitchen extension.
The plan is to extend sideways to make the narrow galley kitchen in to a kitchen diner by removing existing windows and door subject to BC and planning.
The soil stack has the addition of a loft from last year and although the pipe could be updated to plastic, Id rather avoid moving it. Hopefully having it boxed with a removable panel would be okay.
What im hoping is that the existing rainwater downpipe could be moved to the rear elevation. (temporarily altering the pitch of the guttering to fall to the end of the kitchen and in to a new gully so the cream down pipe would be removed. This inturn would be a box gutter once the extension was built.
Next problem is the two kitchen waste pipes (Sink/Dishwasher/WashingMachine). Can they be ran in to a new drain (substack) that runs the length of the kitchen extension to where the gully is current situated underground.
many thanks and open to suggestions.
