Moving a radiator / feed from upstairs loop

Hi,
I am moving a downstairs radiator from one side of a room to another (opposite wall). However to avoid breaking up a tiled floor, I plan to feed the radiator from the upstairs pipe runs i.e. feed the pipes down through the stud wall.
Will this work without causing problems with heating system?
It's a closed system.

Shouldn't cause any problems. Remember to put a drain off on new radiator.
