Moving concrete posts

We've had some 9ft concrete posts delivered I need these moving to where the fence will be installed which is a bit of a distance away.

I've got a bad back, can anyone recommend a platform dolly that will allow me to move the posts with ease.

Sack truck and a ratchet strap, bottom of the post on the footplate, angle about 45deg, top of post on your pals shoulder.
 
You can lift one end at a time, with the other end on the ground or other support. It is easier if you loop a rope or webbing round the end so you can stand upright.

Though I think you would do better finding a helper, if only paying someone for an hour.
