Hi,
I am not extended any brick work, I simply want to move the garage door from its existing place set back and put the door at the front of the brick work about 1.5m forward from where it is now and line one with the porch.
The front garden has been levelled off for parking so there is no concern of mine about reduced parking space for multiple cars.
I think my uncertainty is would the council say the foot print has enlarged, I would argue the garage is already that size just part of it open plan!
Am I good to just move the door or do I need planning permission and is there any other considerations I should consider?
Thanks in advance for you guidance.

You are not extending forward of the main elevation, nor creating a new door opening, nor reducing the parking provision, nor is this a carport so this should be permitted development.

I have gone ahead and moved the door, I will up load a picture of the finished job when I get a chance.
