Jesus, was that written by an apprentice?

Generally clueless commenting, and the stupid font and first-person writing would make me question the professionalism and knowledge of the surveyor.

You might want to ask specific questions of your concerns.

Appreciated

I'm more focused on the points raised prior to purchase of the property such as is there an issue with cladding bulging at the front or where old and new roof tiles are joined when you read the word porous automatically you think something that allows liquid through

Be aware that surveyors will put down everything to cover their butts. You have to read between the lines. Might be worth getting someone you know and trust who is experienced with buildings to look over the report and the house.

Try not to worry about it though...
