Moving the downstairs toilet

It was under the stairs and the water feed ran through the electric cupboard so we decided to move it. Its a semi with an extension at the side so we turned the back of the extension into a utility room and toilet.

First we insulated and raised up the floor which was 2 different levels:

Then built a dividing wall:

And then a timber doorway:

We wanted to hide the pipes so built a frame from 2x2:

We mocked up the sink and toilet and drilled through the wall:

Then when we finished boarding I cut the tiles and my missus stuck them on:

And that's where we are upto now.
