MT10 Timer failed on worcester greenstar 28i junior

This is the second time this MT10 Timer programmer
has failed on my greenstar 28i junior- wont work on timer mode(middle position)
worcester have quoted £230 to fit it but I can buy it for £40
Does anyone know how to remove the cover and is it easy to fit this part.

click gas boilers.
click on your boiler.
clock on optinal plug in controls.
click on MT10 and down load user guide.

how do i know ? well a neighbour has one and the timer selector switch broke internally so it stays in the position it broke.

I need to know to to replace it - not how to use it ?

These MT10 timers break often as per my neighbour,they are on number 3.

Thanks for the info but have looked at the instructions and step 2.1
is to remove the cover, but I know I may sound stupid but it doesnt
mention which screws undo it , i dont want to undo the wrong screws ?
